Having felt overwhelmed by all the available social media platforms I attended a Social Sense Media workshop. As a relative novice, I left the session feeling very inspired and somewhat comforted that others like me (sole trader) are in the same boat. The session has prompted a plan of action based on the insightful information received during the session.

We found Kate to be knowledgeable and insightful and our strategy was well thought through and explained back to us. We always feel confident our social media is in-hand and that Kate can be left to it whilst we're spending our own time running our business. Any queries we have are always answered extremely quickly, all feedback gets taken onboard and we always ended up with what we've envisioned for our brand. Kate is always happy to help and is as enthusiastic about our business as we are which is really lovely at a stressful time building a brand.

Our area of business was something Kate knew very little about but she quickly immersed herself in the topic and got to grips with what would engage our target audience. We originally took Kate on to run a 6 week campaign but we were so pleased with the results, that she is now managing our activity on an ongoing basis.

I had looked into several online courses and diplomas that would allow me to further my social media knowledge and how to best support the company I work for. I was then recommended Kate via a mutual contact. As a regular Social Media user, I was intrigued as to what further insight Kate would give me. I had a one:one training session with Kate last week and got so much out of my time with her. She really understood my business, and helped me better understand exactly who my customer is which has since enabled me to schedule better Facebook posts.
